Shipping and delivery

Orders are packed only after payment/COD and inventory checks are complete.

Dispatch

Eligible orders move to pick-pack QC, packed dimensions capture, courier serviceability, label generation, and pickup.

Delivery timing depends on pincode, courier availability, payment mode, and exception handling such as NDR or RTO.

Undelivered orders enter the NDR desk. RTO parcels are never restocked until return QC is completed.
